Rob sportin' a new hair cut

Rob was spotted running errands in Los Angeles Sunday May 16, & has a shorter hair cut for his new film "Water for Elephants" that starts filming this week. Looks like it's really short on the sides & longer & spiked up on top. I love Rob, I really do..but what the fuck is up with the pants??
